Booking terms

These terms govern bookings made on the website Les photos de MAI.

1. Purpose

The website allows you to book a photography service (wedding, family, lifestyle and other sessions). Making a booking implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking

A booking made through the website constitutes a request. It becomes effective after validation and any applicable confirmation.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking.

4. Payment

Payment arrangements are specified when the booking is confirmed. A deposit may be required.

5. Cancellation / changes

Requests must be sent by email to dac@lesphotosdemai.fr.

6. Late arrival / absence

Late arrival may shorten the session. In the event of absence, the service may be cancelled.

7. Outdoor conditions

In the event of adverse weather or force majeure, the service may be postponed.

8. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy .

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
